Lab Maintenance Wash
Advanced maintenance wash utilizing pH-balanced marine wash solutions and controlled contact wash methods. Designed to safely remove salt, contaminants, and buildup while preserving gelcoat and marine finishes.
Includes hull, topside, compartments, seating areas, and detailed surface cleaning.
All gelcoat surfaces receive a ceramic topcoat installation engineered to bond and crosslink with existing protection layers, enhancing surface performance, gloss, and hydrophobic properties. This topcoat provides up to approximately 6 months of durability under maintained conditions.
Full Vessel Reconditioning
Comprehensive marine detailing and surface enhancement process designed to improve overall appearance, cleanliness, and gloss.
Includes hand wash, surface decontamination, oxidation removal, and a one-step machine polishing process to enhance gelcoat finish and improve surface clarity, followed by protective finishing.
Detailed cleaning of hatches, compartments, jambs, bilge-access areas, and other accessible vessel surfaces is performed to ensure a complete and refined result.
Vessels with moderate to heavy oxidation or surface degradation may require advanced multi-stage correction services.

One-Step Surface Enhancement (Standalone)

Includes necessary surface preparation and cleaning to safely perform polishing, focusing on improving gloss, clarity, and reducing light oxidation.

Advanced multi-stage correction process engineered for full restoration of gelcoat surfaces, removing moderate to heavy oxidation, surface defects, and degradation. Initial Full Vessel Reconditioning is required prior to enrollment. Vessels that meet acceptable condition standards may be approved for enrollment upon inspection.
Additional charges may apply for excessive buildup, neglect, or missed service intervals.
Lab maintenance protocols are designed to preserve surface condition, prevent oxidation, and extend coating performance in harsh Gulf Coast marine environments.
